Goutham Jay put out a tweet at 10am one Wednesday saying: “I think this might be it.”

His employer had told him to report back to the office after a couple of years of working from home.

The response on Twitter was overwhelming: we were all rooting for him.

By 3:30pm, Goutham had handed in his resignation.

With 2 years of runway, his side hustles have now become his full-time hustles.

From tweet to quit in 5½ hours: here’s how Goutham did it!
